friendly staff convenient location street noise unsafe environment
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel's location near the metro was quite convenient (making it easy to get around).
The street was very noisy 24 hours a day. This noise was due to the high volume of traffic near the station. The surroundings seemed dirty and unsafe.

location is convenient but issues exist
faulty air conditioning missed room cleaning
the air conditioning system did not function as expected. it was stuck on heating. this made sleeping difficult because the room became excessively hot. i found this unacceptable for a hotel in this price range. the room was not cleaned one day.

convenient location polite staff spacious rooms
the hotel is very close to the train station (making travel easy). the staff were consistently friendly and polite. the rooms were also spacious and very clean.
the lift was quite small.
